MAMAkoru is a Finnish jewelry company devoted to creating timeless cornerstones for their customers’ accessory collections. The brand aims to blend fashionable design with enduring appeal in jewelry pieces that withstand both time and wear. Tropical Still Photography

The brand invested in an extensive photo shoot to capture their collection in Bali’s breathtaking scenery, showcasing the brand’s newest collection in a unique way. The photoshoot captured models with windswept hair bearing traces of sea salt, the gentle sound of waves in the background, bare feet touching the warm sand, and the golden sunset reflecting in their gaze. Seashells and MAMAkoru’s beautiful charms on coastal rocks. The day’s final light rays glistening on golden chains.

The still photography was executed as a carefully planned ensemble, capturing MAMAkoru’s signature earrings, charms, and gold chains against nature’s own backdrops – on rocky shores amid white beach sand and in the final rays of evening sunlight. The photography was guided by a deep understanding of the brand’s values and aesthetics.

The Significance of Still Photography

Successful still photography is much more than just a photo session. MAMAkoru’s brand imagery began with an in-depth planning session that mapped out the brand’s core, objectives, and visual identity. Based on this, a detailed photography plan was created to serve as a roadmap throughout the process.

“It’s crucial to approach still photography with a genuine understanding of the client’s inner landscape,” explains the photography project leader. “The client’s internal world is reflected in the final result, allowing us to transform photographic dreams into tangible images that serve the brand’s marketing and communication.”

Still photography is an invaluable tool for MAMAkoru, helping to convey the brand’s story, values, and aesthetics to potential customers. The images don’t merely showcase products but create an atmosphere and impressions of the lifestyle that MAMAkoru’s products complement.

MasterChef

MasterChef Australia has been voted the most popular reality series in the world. We have had the pleasure to capture all the official photos for the Finnish version of the show: MasterChef Suomi. The last three seasons we have been photographing the official portraits of judges and contestants. Our work included set photos and the marketing materials for the show as well.

MasterChef Suomi is competitive cooking reality television series which sets out to find the best amateur cook. A cook whose talent and passion could transform their life. It’s a life-changing journey for many, but only one will be crowned the nation’s MasterChef.

The newest seasons will be aired during 2023.

LaKiva

Still photography for La Kiva.

La Kiva’s brand was born in 2018 from obsession for colors and oversized earrings. Their mission is to save women from fear of being too much. La Kiva is one of the higher quality Finnish accessory brands which wont leave anyone cold.

The client gave us full trust and free hands to execute the shoots and looks. Milieu, settings, and the model’s looks were inspired by the high fashion world. La Kiva’s jewelry emphasizes limitless creativity. That ideology served as the main theme in the shoot – Let the end result speak for itself.

TEA Unlimited

Beautiful still life photography for TEA Unlimited. Atmospheric tea sets with different taste experiences.

Kesäkumi music video

We produced the whole music video for the iconic Kesäkumi-campaign. The video features Arttu Wiskari and Erika Vikman, and it gathered over 1 million views.

Kesäkumi-campaign encourages you to enjoy the summer safely. The campaign has already been organized almost 30 times and is included in many summer events, such as Ruisrock in Turku, Blockfests in Tampere, Ilosaarirock in Joensuu and Qstock in Oulu.

Lili & Luna

Logo, fonts, colors, promotional photos and videos for Lili & Luna. 

Lili & Luna is a country duo from Kouvola. The group consists of Leena Tirronen and her niece Sanni Savolainen. They both love country and folk music.

KAIP

Promotional photos and three single covers for KAIP.

KAIP is a young pop artist whose unique vocal sound leads the listener to a world overflowing with melancholy and romance. 

In these projects we didn’t skimp on pastel colors. We wanted to bring Scandinavian coolness and Caribbean dance style to the pictures of the single “Vuodenajat”, just like the theme of the song. In other promo photos, the color scheme combined lilac and turquoise.

Alex Mattson

Brand identity, logo and promotional photos for Alex Mattson.

Alex Mattson has charmed Finland, the Baltics and the Nordic countries with his pop-hooked EDM songs.

The artist’s new visual look was implemented with clear, stylish graphics. A small sense of utopia was sought in the photographs.

Into Scandinavia

Into Scandinavian Clothing emphasizes quality and careful finishing. In these shoots, we were looking for a fresh and timeless style. We defined the colors of the clothes and designed the details.

The Unknown Soldier

Official still photography for a feature film called The Unknown Soldier.

Aku Louhimiehe’s Unknown Soldier is based on Väinö Linna’s classic novel, a description of the infantry division’s three-year warpath in Finland’s continuation War.

The project included recording film scenes and the feeling behind the scenes, as well as creating promotional images for the film’s partners.
